Opening status

Circuit Automotive LLC is not currently open for service. The expected opening is no earlier than October 1, 2026. This date may change as final preparations are completed.

Appointment requests

Appointments submitted through the website or ARI scheduling system are requests. The shop may contact you for additional vehicle information or to adjust the requested date and time. An appointment should not be considered final until it is accepted or confirmed by the shop.

Vehicle information

Please provide the vehicle year, make, model, mileage, warning lights, symptoms, and the circumstances in which the problem occurs. Accurate information helps the shop plan the appropriate inspection time.

Inspection and diagnosis

A warning light, fault code, noise, or symptom does not always identify the failed part. Inspection, testing, or diagnostic time may be required before a repair recommendation can be made. Any applicable diagnostic or inspection charge will be communicated before that work is authorized.

Estimates and authorization

Repair recommendations and available estimates will be discussed before authorized repairs are performed. Additional concerns discovered during service may require separate approval.

Parts, warranty, and payment

Parts options, warranty coverage, payment methods, and any job-specific terms may vary by repair. These details will be provided before the applicable work is authorized. Contact the shop with questions before scheduling if a specific parts or payment requirement applies.

Drop-off and vehicle access

Do not leave a vehicle, keys, or property at the shop until an appointment and drop-off instructions have been confirmed. After-hours drop-off availability has not yet been announced.

Urgent or unsafe conditions

Online scheduling is not an emergency service. If the vehicle appears unsafe to drive, has a flashing warning light, is overheating, has lost braking ability, or has another serious condition, stop driving when it is safe to do so and arrange appropriate roadside or towing assistance.
